Full-time remote position | Working from home | UK residents only

As an Operations and People Manger, you’ll work alongside the CEO, Production Director and HR in providing support throughout the entire employee life cycle, ensuring a timely, accurate and positive experience while cultivating a dynamic and supportive studio culture. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and diligent people person to ensure the smooth running of the studio.

You will work largely independently but receive lots of support, advice and guidance from the HR Consultant.

What the role entails:

• Streamlining and organising studio practices and procedures
• Maintaining and updating employee and contractor records and internal databases and systems
• Benefits administration
• Nurturing our studio culture
• Onboarding new team members including drafting offers and contracts, conducting right to work checks, providing support before they join and ensuring they have a positive experience to set an excellent first impression of the studio
• Providing talent acquisition support to the team including posting job adverts, liaising with candidates and hiring managers and supporting with any other ad hoc administrative tasks
• Supporting the Finance department to process payroll and invoices
• Preparing studio documentation including contracts, amendments and policies
• Monitoring and recording sickness and annual leave
• Supporting the creation of HR forms, templates and processes while ensuring they remain up to date and fit for purpose

What we'd like to see from you:

• HR administration experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience writing contracts and end to end admin across the employee lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience of dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
• Ability to multitask and use your initiative to be a dynamic, solution-focused self starter
  
• Flexible attitude and outstanding attention to detail
• A keen eye for consistency and accuracy
• Organised, creative and interested in the creative industries
